Ingredients
- 8 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 7 1/2 ozs refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pizza seasoning
- 1/4 italian seasoning
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 70 gr chicken breast (ground)
- 55 gr fat-free mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 28 gr fat-free cheddar cheese (grated)
- 16 gr onions (chopped)
- 10 gr fat-free parmesan cheese
- 2 ml olive oil
- 1 gr garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a toaster oven tray with cooking spray. Press biscuits onto bottom and sides of prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon tomato sauce onto partially baked crust. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, italian seasoning, pizza seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Spread meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle with mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese has melted.
