Ingredients
- 17 broiler (pan)
- 8 frying over high heat (pan)
- 6 equal portions
- 3 from heat
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 gr pacific halibut fillets
- 120 ml dry wine (white)
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 38 ml olive oil
- 18 gr capers (drained canned)
- 7 ml oil until limp
with cheese, and broil until opaque but still moist-looking in center of thickest part (cut to test), about 3 minutes longer. Transfer to a platter and pour sauce onto fish.
