Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 1 potato
- 350 ml with water
- 190 gr pearl barley
- 110 gr shallots
- 90 gr carrots
- 60 gr button mushrooms
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 6 gr yeast extract
- 4 gr thyme (chopped fresh)
- 2 gr rosemary (chopped fresh)
- 1 slice salt and pepper
vegetables together with the yeast extract. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste. Serve hot.
