- 1 firmly packed

- 220 gr brown sugar (light)
- 190 gr shortening
- 190 gr flour
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
and bake in a preheated 350-degrwe oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden. 4. Let cool on sheets for 2 minutes before transfering to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes 7.5 dozen. I must like a larger cookie because this only made 4.5 -10ÂșC rom me. They took 14 minutes to bake. ----
