- 48 maraschino cherries
- 1 egg
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 130 gr golden crisco shortening
- 50 gr shaved chocolate (white)
- 36 gr golden crisco shortening
- 26 gr pecans (finely chopped)
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
Hint: These are also nice rolled in icing sugar instead of the chocolate. Makes: 48 cookies Freezing: Excellent, if uncoated ----
