Ingredients
- 3 celery ribs (minced)
- 2 lentils (dried)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2,800 ml divided water (cold)
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 140 gr coarsely cabbage (chopped)
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 30 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3 gr italian herbs
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr basil
- some pepper flakes
Soak lentils overnight in 6 cup water; drain, discard water. Combine lentils with remaining 6 cup water. Heat to boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
