Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 margerine
- 250 gr flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 140 gr pistachios (finely chopped)
- 130 gr jelly
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr almond extract
In large bowl combine sugar,salt,margerine,egg yolks,vanilla and extract. Beat on medium speed. Add flour. Mix well. Roll dough into 3 cm balls. Dip into egg whites then nuts. Place on greased cookie sheets 5 cm apart. Make a deep depression in center of each cookie with fingertip. Bake 10-12 minutes until firm to the touch. Fill with jelly while warm. ----
