Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 450 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml salad oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 150 gr cornflakes (crushed)
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 40 gr flakes coconut
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Powdered sugar Preheat oven to 160ºC Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and blend. Add salad oil, stirring until oil is well-blended. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut and nuts. Stir until mixed. Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla and mix well. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork dipped in water.
