Ingredients
- 2 1/2 kashi (cooked)
- 2 apples in (cut pieces)
- 120 ml honey
- 120 ml nonfat yogurt
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 120 gr nonfat cottage cheese
- 85 gr raisins
- 4 gr vanilla
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 2 ml honey
Mix all ingredients except topping in large bowl until well blended. Grease lightly a 1 litre casserole dish about 6 cm deep. Pour in kugel. Sprinkle the topping to cover and bake in 3500 oven for 45 min. or until lightly firm. Serve warm or cool in refrigerator.
