Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 325 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 200 gr sugar
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
Cream butter, cheese and sugar until fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Fill cookie press with quarter of dough at a time; form desired shapes on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown on edges. About 5 dozen 5 cm cookies.
