Ingredients
- 36 mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- 1 sides
- 575 gr salmon meat (fresh)
- 110 gr butter
- 120 ml salad oil
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 30 gr fine breadcrumbs
- some preheat oven
- some salt and pepper
Take kebabs from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve at once with lemon wedges on the side.
