Ingredients
- 2 potato chips
- 280 gr chicken
- 200 gr celery
- 80 ml mayonnaise
- 34 gr bell pepper
- 32 gr almonds
- 32 gr swiss cheese
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 gr onion
- 18 gr pimiento
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Preheat the oven to 180ºC . Spray a 2 litre casserole with non-stick pan spray. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese and potato chips in a large bowl. Turn into the casserole. Top with the cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake about 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the salad is hot.
