Ingredients
- 10 kaiser springform with non stick finish (pan)
- 10 cheesecake (pan)
- 4 eggs
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 filling beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until smooth
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 up on sides
- 1 combine dry ingredients
- 1 design on to cheesecake
- 300 gr sugar
- 130 gr sifted flour
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr semisweet chocolate
- 110 gr butter
- 60 ml sour cream
- 50 gr granulated sugar
- 9 gr butter
- 5 gr flour
- 5 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Note: The crust can be used for any cheesecake; if it's used on a New York-style or plain cheesecake, I add 1 tsp. grated orange or lemon zest. Also, a chocolate crust can be used for the above filling: 1.5 C. finely crushed chocolate wafers mixed with 6 T. melted butter. Mix and pat into pan.
