Ingredients
- 2 carrots (shredded)
- 1 cubed
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 ham (cooked)
- 350 gr wild rice (cooked)
- 280 gr chicken
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 45 gr butter melted
- 60 ml sherry
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 slices stalks celery (sliced)
1. In Dutch oven combine all ingredients except flour and butter.Cook over med ium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (15-20 minutes).
2. In small bowl stir together flour and butter; stir into hot soup. Continue cookin g, stirring occasionally, until thickened(5-8 minutes).
