Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 475 gr quaker oats
- 350 gr semi-sweet chocolate (pieces)
- 280 gr margarine
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Heat oven to 190ºC . Beat together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to margarine mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, chocolate pieces and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
