Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya
- 60 ml vinegar (white)
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml honey
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 10 gr gingerroot (grated)
- 8 gr cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr chili powder
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Pare papaya. Cut papaya in half and scoop out centers. Chop papaya finely. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 25 cm skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold. ABOUT 1- quarter CUPS SAUCE; 20 CALORIES PER TABLESPOONS.
