Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 4 swiss chard
- 2 bell peppers (red)
- 2 of garlic (cloves)
- 2 of garlic that have been (cloves minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lemon zest (grated)
- 1 pepper (freshly ground)
- 475 ml water (cold)
- 120 gr beans (white)
- 110 gr farfalle pasta
- 50 gr penne pasta
- 80 ml vegetable stock
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
until the greens are wilted, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain the beans (most of the liquid will have been absorbed) from the cooking liquid with a slotted spoon and add them to the peppers and greens. Warm through. Season to taste with the salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Meantime, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and toss with the beans and vegetables.
