- 60 ml water
- 45 gr spinach (fresh)
- 45 ml olive oil
- 24 gr parmensan cheese
- 18 gr pine nuts
- 4 gr garlic (crushed)
nuts,cheese, garlic, and pepper until smooth. Pour over pasta. tip: Refrigeraate sauce up to 3 days ahead or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
