Ingredients
- 160 gr maple syrup
- 160 gr flour
- 100 gr pecans
- 85 gr raisins
- 60 ml oil
- 50 gr brown date sugar
- 20 gr coconut
- 2 gr anise seeds
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr sea salt
-up to half cup Preheat the oven to 200ºC . Mix the oil and sweeteners together well. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, then slowly stir them into the liquid mixture. For each cookie, drop 1-2 Tablespoon of the dough onto lightly oiled cookie sheets, about 5 cm-3 inch apart. Bake for 9-12 minutes, until lightly browned but still soft. Cool on wire racks.
