- 190 gr flour
- 120 gr preserved stem ginger in -syrup
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 gr walnuts
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr ginger
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr black pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
in middle comes out dry. Cool cake in pan for about 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
