Ingredients
- 32 sauerkraut
- 600 ml condensed cream of mushroom
- 400 gr polish sausage
- 325 ml milk
- 250 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 95 gr wheat bread crumbs (whole)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 55 gr width (uncooked)
- 28 gr butter
- 16 ml prepared mustard
Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard in medium bowl; blend well. Spread sauerkraut in greased 13 x 23 cm pan. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly over top. Top with sausage, then cheese. Combine crumbs and butter in small bowl; sprinkle over top. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or until noodles are tender. Garnish as desired.
