Ingredients
- 6 loin chops
- 1 onion
- 1/2 liquid smoke
- 120 ml ketchup
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml vinegar
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 ml mustard
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 slice lemon (sliced)
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon and onion in a medium saucepan. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in ketchup, worcestershire and liquid smoke. Place chops in a greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour or until tender, turning once.
