Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 290 gr bread flour
- 190 gr pumpkin pie filling
- 85 gr flour wheat (whole grain)
- 80 ml milk skim
- 60 gr walnuts-coarsely (chopped)
- 50 gr dates (chopped)
- 40 gr brown sugar packed
- 16 gr vital wheat gluten
- 14 gr butter
- 12 gr yeast
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr ginger
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr allspice
Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed with the exception of walnuts and dates. Bake on fruit and nut cycle. When addition beep sounds, add walnuts and dates. Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
