Ingredients
- 2 on cookie shee with thumb (inches apart)
- 1 recipe by land olakes
- 1 balls
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 160 gr raspberry jam
- 130 gr sugar
- 16 ml water
- 5 gr almond extract
- 2 gr jam
sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool. In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and 1.5 teaspoons almond extract. Gradually stir in enough water to make a thin glaze. Drizzle over cooled cookies. ----
