Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/8 in a bowl
- 300 gr granulated sugar
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar with the melted shortening
- 140 gr vegetable shortening (solid)
- 100 gr sugar in a shallow dish
- 60 ml molasses
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr salt
completely. Place on the prepared cookie sheet, about 6 cm apart. Bake for 10 to dozen minutes or until cookies spread and are lightly browned on the bottom. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
