Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks (beaten)
- 4 egg whites
- 3 stick butter
- 2 nd layer dough
- 1 dough
- 3/4 over dough
- 500 gr flour
- 475 gr walnuts (ground)
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml warm water
- 100 gr sugar
- 95 gr toppin butter flour (cut into)
- 60 ml milk
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 2 packages solo apricot filling
- 1 package dry yeast
filling. Roll and spread top dough. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 35 minutes. Beat egg whites adding sugar until stiff. Immediately spread over torte while still warm. Sprinkle with reserved 0.75 cup sugar/nut mixture. Bake additional 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
