Ingredients
- 10 frying (pan)
- 1 egg
- 1 in diameter
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 65 gr green pepper (diced)
- 60 ml scotch whiskey
- 50 gr sugar
- 45 ml wine vinegar (plain red)
- 80 ml chicken broth
- 45 gr chicken proth
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 30 ml water
- 24 gr flour
- 18 gr onion (minced)
- 16 ml oil
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr salt
- 8 packages oounce -pineapple (crushed)
Combine all ingredients except green papper and mix until smooth. Stir into skillet with pineapple mixture and cook until sauce has thickened. Add meatballs and green pepper. Cook gently about 10 minutes more. Serve with rice. You might serve these on December 31 to mark Hogmanay, the Scottish celebration of New Year's Eve.
