- 190 gr broken lobster meat instead of shrimp
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 110 gr sharp cheddar (shredded)
- 95 gr crabmeat (drained)
- 90 gr pkg shrimp (frozen cooked)
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 2 ml worchestershire sauce
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
