Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 flatbread
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 65 gr shrimp
- 60 ml sour cream
- 22 gr onions
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 4 gr curry powder
- 1 gr salt
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread about 1 cm thick on 20 cm plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread.
