Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 180 gr rice krispies
- 140 gr pitted dates
- 100 gr sugar
- 70 gr crystal sugar (red)
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 40 gr coconut
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Green decorator's frosting In a skillet combine dates, sugar, egg, coconut, butter and salt. cook and stir over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens, about 5-6 min. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla. Cool 10 min. Use 1 level tablespoon or less for each cookie. Moisten fingers and form into strawberry shape.
