Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 green peppers
- 900 gr chuck (ground)
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 240 ml water
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 120 gr rice (raw)
- 10 gr worcestershire
- 7 gr chili powder
- 7 gr salt
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 3 hours).
