- 1 3/4 intervals with sharp knife to form
- 1 egg
- 1/2 starter
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 250 gr flour in bowl
- 240 ml evaporated milk (undiluted)
- 190 gr flour
- 55 gr raisins
- 55 gr soft butter
- 55 gr packed brown sugar
- 14 gr sugar
- 9 gr melted butter
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr baking soda
Dip top and bottom of each roll in melted butter and place in a 23 cm square pan, cover loosely and let rise in a warm place for about an hour, until nearly doubled. Bake 375 degrees 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is dark golden. Makes 9 large rolls. ----
