Ingredients

- 1 3/4 intervals with sharp knife to form
- 1 egg
- 1/2 starter
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 2 c flour in bowl
- 1 c evaporated milk (undiluted)
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c raisins
- 1/4 c soft butter
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 3 t sugar
- 2 t melted butter
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
Dip top and bottom of each roll in melted butter and place in a 9" square pan, cover loosely and let rise in a warm place for about an hour, until nearly doubled. Bake 375 degrees 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is dark golden. Makes 9 large rolls. ----
