Ingredients
- 8 skewers
- 4 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 lime (whole juiced)
- 450 gr rump roast
- 140 gr cilantro (finely chopped)
- 60 ml sesame oil
- 30 ml chili sauce (hot)
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml rice vinegar
- 6 gr ginger root (fresh peeled)
Cut beef into long strips, about 0 cm thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until desired doneness.
