Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 260 gr beef (ground)
- 90 gr extra long rice (grain)
- 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr green onions (chopped)
- 30 gr prepared horse radish
- 26 gr celery (chopped)
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 5 ml sauce (hot)
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package tomato soup
- 1 package water
Servings: 6 Raw More or less to taste Combine all ingredients except tomato soup, water and hot sauce. Mix together well. Make balls about 3 cm in diameter. Place in baking dish. Combine tomato soup, water and hot sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake, covered, in 350 oven for 1 hour. Makes 30-36 small meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as hor d'oeuvres.
