Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 suar
- 1/2 bamboo shoots
- 200 gr bean sprouts
- 200 gr cabbage
- 130 gr pork (lean)
- 95 gr carrot (grated)
- 16 ml sesame oil
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 3 slices green onions
- 2 slices ginger
Mix all ingredients together. Fill eggroll wrappers. Fold in sides, roll, seal with water or egg white. Deep fry in HOT oil until brown. Remove and drain. This will make 6 to dozen depending on how much filling you use. Posted by: Grandma Sheila Exner August 1991
