Ingredients
- 8 chicken thigh
- 6 garlic clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 indian chillie powder
- 2,800 ml saucepan on high hea saut cinnamon
- 240 ml yogurt
- 230 gr tomato
- 180 gr onion
- 45 ml oil
- 28 gr cilantro
- 3 gr coriander
- 2 gr cumin
