Ingredients
- 7 cans
- 2 cans tuna
- 160 ml mayonnaise
- 80 gr onion (chopped)
- 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 34 gr pimiento (chopped)
- 28 gr bread crumbs
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
Combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into small shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake in 180ÂșC oven 20 minutes or unti thoroughtly heated. Serves 4 I sometimes add one or two cups of COOKED elbow macaroni. I've used this Hellmann's Mayonnaise recipe card for 20 years or more. It is really dog-earred from frequent use.
