- 300 gr apricot nectar
- 240 ml orange juice
- 240 ml skim milk
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 240 ml water popsicle
- 240 ml seedless watermelon chunks
- 230 ml container yogurt (plain)
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 gr orange (frozen)
- 170 gr peaches in syrup (light)
- 170 ml water
- 120 ml honey
- 12 gr cocoa
sticks and cups Blend these ingredients into a blender, pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze.
