- 270 gr chredded mozzarella cheese
- 260 gr spicy venison sausage
- 240 gr pkg ricotta cheese
- 120 ml sauce mixture
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 26 gr parsley
- 20 gr parmesan
- 6 gr salt
- 6 gr garlic salt
- 6 gr onion salt
- 5 gr parsley flakes (dried)
- 4 gr sugar
- 4 gr salt
- 3 gr oregano leaves
- 2 gr parsley
- 1 gr basil leaves
- 1 gr salt
sauce on top, top with mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan. Cook uncovered at 180ºC for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
