Ingredients
- 30 ozs kidney beans undrained
- 28 ozs tomatoes (crushed)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 cilantro
- 425 gr turkey meat (light)
- 150 gr onions (chopped)
- 140 gr bell peppers (chopped)
- 18 gr chili powder
- 3 gr pepper (crushed red)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 ml olive oil
- 1 gr black pepper
In a 3 litre saucepan over medium heat cook bell peppers, onions, garlic in oil until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, cilantro, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer mixture, uncovered for 25 minutes.
