- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 kirch
- 1 filling
- 1/2 butter
- 1/4 round (thick)
- 220 gr brown sugar firmly (light)
- 170 gr corn syrup (light)
- 130 gr chocolate (white)
- 120 gr cashews
- 75 gr butter
- 60 ml ice water
- 50 gr vegetable shortening
- 16 gr all-purpo
- 1 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
diameter. Place the dough into a 23 cm pie tin, firmly pressing into the bottom and sides. Trim the overhang until even, fold under and crimp. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Filling: Combine in a bowl with a whip the butter, sugar, and the eggs one at a time, then add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared pie shell.
