- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 120 gr burgundy
- 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 60 ml salad oil
- 30 ml catsup
- 5 ml worstershire sauce
- 1 gr marjoram leaves
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr instant garlic (minced)
mushrooms. Set oven control to broil and/or 290ºC . Broil kabobs 10 cm from the heat to the desired doneness, about 15 to 20 minutes. Brush occasionally with the remaining marinade and gently push with a fork to turn. ----
