- 1 egg
- 450 gr all purpose flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml salad oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 150 gr cornflakes
- 60 gr walnuts
- 40 gr coconut (shredded)
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr salt
Preheat oven to 160ºC Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, mixing well, then salad oil, mixing well. Add oats, cornflake, coconut, and nuts, stirring well. Then add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well and form into balls the size of small walnuts, place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in water. Bake for dozen minutes.
