Squash Amaranth Patties
- 1 egg
- 3/4 am amaranth (cooked)
- 130 gr zucchini squash (grated)
- 65 gr am millet flour
- 60 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 34 gr bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 5 ml tamari soy sauce
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr chili powder
