Marinated Flank Steak

- 400 gr flank steak
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 50 gr sugar
- 16 ml lime juice
- 16 gr ginger (fresh minced)
- 16 ml sesame oil
- 5 ml asian chili sauce
- 3 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
