Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves minced)
- 2 limes (minced)
- 2 green onions
- 1 chicken split in (whole)
- 80 ml lime juice (fresh)
- 80 ml hoisin sauce
- 80 ml olive oil
- 60 ml soy sauce (thin)
- 30 ml honey
- 80 ml rice wine
- 30 gr ginger (finely minced)
- 18 gr mixed basil (chopped fresh)
- 16 ml asian chili sauce
- 7 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
Combine marinade ingredients and cover chicken with marinade in a bowl or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before grilling. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat about dozen minutes per side, or until done. Baste occasionally with marinade while cooking. Serves 4.
