- 12 gr pickling salt

- 10 peppercorns
- 10 juniper berries
- 10 stones prunes
- 10 boletus mushrooms
- 2 cooking apples
- 2 onions
- 1 kg sauerkraut
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 kg cabbage
- 800 ml water
