• 4 lamb bones
• 4 scallions
• 1 onion
• 1 bean sprouts
• 1/2 unsoaked cloud ear
• 3,800 ml water (cold)
• 270 gr lamb meat
• 230 ml mustard green (canned salted)
• 120 ml sherry (light)
