- 1 flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper to thickness
- 475 ml olive oil
- 180 gr breadcrumbs
- 120 ml milk
- 60 gr parmesan
- 10 ml lemon juice

- 2 hyme springs
- 1 onion
- 1 clove
- 375 gr shrimp (raw)
- 110 gr ham (cooked)
- 45 gr butter
- 40 gr rice (uncooked)
- 10 ml water
